Education is key to enhanced
fitness and productivity.
I am certified through the American Council on Exercise and the
National Academy of Sports Medicine, along with multiple specialty
certifications including Weight Management and Corrective Exercise and Stretch.
I have contributed to local and national publications and bring over 12 years of
personal training experience from all different levels (professional athlete to
newcomers) in order to ensure my message of health and fitness can be shared
effectively and efficiently.
I have
presented to groups of five to one-hundred and fifty. Some notable
companies/organization I have presented at are: Invitrogen, S.K.I.P. of NY,
ASPIRE of NY, Combined Heat and Power, Town of Tonawanda Aquatic and Fitness

Corrective Exercise and Injury Prevention
- The 'ins' and 'outs' of correcting postural distortions and working on
alignment, balance and coordination to prevent falls, arthritis, tendonitis
and other preventable injuries.

Maximum
Athletic Training (M.A.T.)
- This athletic based
training program has 4 levels, they are presented sequentially to ensure
complete understanding and participation in the areas of: Strength &
Athletic Strength, Speed, Agility, Power, Proprioception, Relaxation,
Flexibility, Nutrition and Motor Skills. This is the complete package
that can easily be tailored to a specific sport or even position.
All of my seminars include handouts of presentations along
with supplemental handouts to ensure the best learning experience for all
participants.
